CAT 826H Ex Municipal Unit with 0 Hrs. on Rebuilt Engine, Recently REBUILT Transmission, Torque Converter & Transfer Case. Machine is currently being put through our "MARCEL RECONDITIONING PROCESS" CAT 826H Landfill Compactor featuring: • CAT C15 ACERT Engine • Powershift Transmission • Cab (ROPS) with A/C • Cab Air Filtration System • CAT SU Landfill Blade • Trac Pac Compactor Tips • No Spin Front & Rear Differentials • Swing Out Steps • Front & Rear Striker Bars • Rear View Camera • Front Window Guard • Rear Radiator Guard • Automatic Reversing Fan • STIC Steering • High Speed Oil Change • Engine Block Heater • Rated at 401 HP • Weight 82,000 LBS The following was performed by servicing CAT Dealer: At 18,516 hours, 500 hour service was performed At 17,789 hours, 1000 hour service was performed At 17,042 hours, 2000 hour service was performed At 16,651 hours, 500 hour service was performed At 15,950 hours, 1000 hour service was performed At 15,700 hours, 500 hour service was performed At 15,946 hours, front axle assembly was REBUILT At 15,050 Hours, Marcel Equipment had local CAT dealer complete the following work: • They performed a TA inspection along with all pressures • They cut open all filters to inspect for contaminates and they were clean • They inspected all suction screens and magnets and they were clean • Articulation hitch was inspected and it was good • Rear axle oscillation was inspected and it was good Due to the hours on the machine, a complete CMCR Rebuild was completed: • Engine was REBUILT to CMCR standards at their rebuild facility • Torque converter was REBUILT to CMCR standards at their rebuild facility • Transmission was REBUILT to CMCR standards at their rebuild facility • Transfer case was REBUILT to CMCR standards at their rebuild facility • NEW exhaust wrap was installed on engine • NEW engine and transmission mounts installed • NEW fuel priming pump installed • NEW main chassis harness installed • NEW main engine harness installed • NEW relay/breaker panel harness installed • NEW battery cables installed • REBUILT parking brake • Installed NEW pilot/brake pump • Installed NEW steering relief valve • Resealed steering neutralizer valves • Installed NEW steering neutralizer activators • REBUILT drive line slip joint • REBUILT completed drive line with NEW u-joints • All hoses in frame were replaced with NEW • Installed NEW fuel sending unit • Drained and cleaned fuel tank • Left front final drive was resealed with NEW duo-cone seal • REBUILT blade lift cylinder mount and yoke assembly with NEW bearings • Resealed blade lift cylinder • Resealed steering cylinders • Installed NEW pins and bearings for steering cylinders • Any required hoses/lines/tubes were replaced with NEW • Installed NEW front diff input seal • Resealed park brake valve • NEW cab mounts installed • NEW swing out fender latches installed • NEW rollers on swing out fenders installed • All oils were replaced with NEW • Machine was commissioned at end with all calibrations and pressure checks completed Marcel Equipment completed the following work: • Reconditioned cab • Serviced and cleaned complete HVAC system • NEW cab pressurizer motor installed • Disassembled & inspected all hydraulic pumps & motors. Repairs were completed as required • Coolers & cooling assemblies were sent out for pressure testing and cleaning • REBUILT alternator and starter were installed • Completed all required cosmetic and welding repairs • Repaired blade mount as required and installed NEW pins • Complete machine has been sand blasted, primed, painted & NEW decals applied.
