2012 AEI Ortner 3000 Sand Washer / Dewaterer
2012 Aggregates Equipment Inc. (AEI) Ortner 3000, Serial No. 2523. Designed for sand washing, dewatering, and removal of excess fines. Reported processing capacity of approximately 75–85 tons per hour.
The Ortner uses an inclined rotating pan combined with vibration to separate fines and dewater material. Features include a geared ring-and-pinion pan drive, separate vibrator motor, adjustable pan angle, internal curved plow, and central material discharge. The manufacturer manual identifies the Ortner as suitable for applications ranging from dewatering to removal of excess fines.
Condition: Unit was reported to be operational prior to being disconnected. It is currently not hooked up and has not been independently tested or verified by the seller. Selling in used condition as shown.
